We are open every day from 10:00 AM until 12:00 AM (midnight), including weekends and public holidays. Late evening appointments are popular, so we would suggest booking ahead for those.

Yes, there is parking close to the entrance. If you would like specific guidance on the day, message us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the easiest spot.

Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a therapist free, and shorter treatments like a 30 minute foot massage can usually be accommodated. Longer treatments, four hand massage and couples bookings need two therapists or a specific room, so please book those ahead.

For Thai massage we provide freshly laundered cotton clothing and you stay fully clothed. For oil massages you undress to your own comfort level in the privacy of your room and remain covered by a towel throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.

Every guest receives fresh linen and freshly laundered towels, and rooms are fully reset between clients. In the beauty suite, all metal tools are sterilised between clients and files, buffers and liners are single-use. Please ask us about any of it at your visit.

Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment is taken after your treatment rather than in advance.

Ten minutes before your booked time. That allows you to change, have a short consultation with your therapist and settle in, so your treatment starts calmly and runs its full length.

Absolutely, and we would encourage it. Your therapist confirms your preferred pressure at consultation and checks during the treatment. If anything feels too firm or too light at any point, just say so — adjusting is completely normal.

Yes. Our couples massage places two treatment beds side by side in a private candlelit room, and each of you can choose your own treatment and pressure. Please book ahead so we can assign two therapists.

Please tell us at the time of booking if you are pregnant. Some treatments are not suitable, particularly deep tissue and traditional Thai massage. We are a wellness spa rather than a medical clinic, so we would also ask that you check with your doctor first.
