Next Balance Spa was built around a simple conviction: a spa visit should feel genuinely restorative from the moment you walk in — not rushed, not transactional, and never awkward.
Our therapists are certified in the traditions they practise. Authentic Thai bodywork is performed by therapists trained in Thailand. Our Moroccan bath follows the real hammam sequence, with black soap, kessa exfoliation and ghassoul clay. Nothing is approximated.
Every treatment begins with a proper consultation, because the right pressure and the right focus areas are different for everybody. And every room is reset in full between guests — fresh linen, fresh towels, every time, without exception.

The fastest way is WhatsApp — send us your preferred treatment, date and time and we will confirm within minutes. You can also call us directly. Walk-ins are welcome when we have availability, though booking ahead is safer on weekend evenings.
Do you have both male and female therapists?
Yes. We have experienced, certified male and female therapists. Please tell us your preference when you book and we will confirm which therapists are available for your chosen time slot.
What are your opening hours?
We are open every day from 10:00 AM until 12:00 AM (midnight), including weekends and public holidays. Late evening appointments are popular, so we would suggest booking ahead for those.
Where exactly are you located?
We are in Al Jaddaf, Dubai — minutes from Dubai Healthcare City, Oud Metha and Dubai Creek, and a short trip from Al Jaddaf Metro Station on the Green Line. Tap the directions button on this page to open Google Maps navigation.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is parking close to the entrance. If you would like specific guidance on the day, message us on WhatsApp and we will point you to the easiest spot.
Do I need to book in advance, or can I walk in?
Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a therapist free, and shorter treatments like a 30 minute foot massage can usually be accommodated. Longer treatments, four hand massage and couples bookings need two therapists or a specific room, so please book those ahead.
What should I wear for my treatment?
For Thai massage we provide freshly laundered cotton clothing and you stay fully clothed. For oil massages you undress to your own comfort level in the privacy of your room and remain covered by a towel throughout, with only the area being worked on uncovered.
How hygienic is the spa?
Every guest receives fresh linen and freshly laundered towels, and rooms are fully reset between clients. In the beauty suite, all metal tools are sterilised between clients and files, buffers and liners are single-use. Please ask us about any of it at your visit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment is taken after your treatment rather than in advance.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Ten minutes before your booked time. That allows you to change, have a short consultation with your therapist and settle in, so your treatment starts calmly and runs its full length.
Can I request a specific pressure?
Absolutely, and we would encourage it. Your therapist confirms your preferred pressure at consultation and checks during the treatment. If anything feels too firm or too light at any point, just say so — adjusting is completely normal.
Do you offer treatments for couples?
Yes. Our couples massage places two treatment beds side by side in a private candlelit room, and each of you can choose your own treatment and pressure. Please book ahead so we can assign two therapists.
Is massage suitable during pregnancy?
Please tell us at the time of booking if you are pregnant. Some treatments are not suitable, particularly deep tissue and traditional Thai massage. We are a wellness spa rather than a medical clinic, so we would also ask that you check with your doctor first.
Can I book a treatment as a gift for someone?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it. Couples packages and the four hand massage are our most popular gift bookings.
